From the strategic interview to ongoing management — a confidential protocol.

Step 01

Private strategic interview

Application form (5 min) then a confidential 30-min call with management. Goal: validate the potential, the fit and the intended trajectory. No commitment at this stage.

Step 02

Tailored diagnosis & scoping

A costed 90-day strategic plan, delivered within 72h. We define the exclusive scope, the revenue milestones, the production calendar. Signing over video call if you approve the terms.

Step 03

Onboarding protocol (7 days)

Setting up the infrastructure (chatting, scripts, funnels), editorial calendar, internal team brief, coordination with your accountant. You stay focused on the creative, we handle everything else.

Step 04

Ongoing management & reporting

Real-time dashboard, weekly check-in with your dedicated manager. Shoots and content house every 3 months (France, Miami, Australia, Canada depending on schedule).
