Data collected

Via the application form: first name, email, Telegram (optional), 90-day goal. No banking data is collected on this site.

Purpose

To contact you solely in connection with your application. No marketing use, no resale, no sharing with any third party other than our email provider (Resend, USA — standard contractual clauses) and our infrastructure (Supabase, Ireland, eu-west-1).

Retention period

Unsuccessful applications: 6 months. Active applications: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years after it ends.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability — on simple request to direction@breizhmodels.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses no advertising cookies and resells no data. Only two uses:

• Technical cookie (no consent required): only records your age confirmation (18+). Essential to operation, exempt from consent.
• Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement): we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited, data potentially transferred to Google LLC in the United States under standard contractual clauses) to measure traffic and improve the site. Purpose: anonymized audience statistics (anonymized IP). Legal basis: your consent. Measurement starts in “denied by default” mode (Google Consent Mode v2): no measurement cookie is set until you have accepted via our banner. Retention period: 14 months maximum for GA data. You can accept, decline, then change or withdraw your choice at any time.
